Sun Meadow Homeowners Association in Tulsa, OK is a VOLUNTARY HOA with NONMANDATORY requirements. Homeowners are encouraged to pay annual maintenance contributions to assist with the upkeep of the three neighborhood entrances for the benefit of all and to increase the value of our homes. However, MEMBERSHIP IS NOT ENFORCED AND FEES ARE NOT REQUIRED. While the HOA does keep track of who has paid, there is no accounting for unpaid or past-due fees. Sun Meadow’s Home Owners Association maintenance contributions are only $75.00 per year.
