Let Your Light Shine! – Dec. 3 (5-8pm)

Dear Sun Meadow Neighbors:

We need your help make this event and the Holiday Season one to remember by participating in illuminating our neighborhood. It is our hope each home place a luminary at the end of your drive or walkway to make this memorable especially for the children.

“Let Your Light Shine”

Begins at 5 PM with Santa turning the lights on at our Sheridan entrance. Santa will then proceed to the famous 99th Street light display to turn the lights on there. Be sure to join in the fun by turning your lights on as Santa makes his way toward our event site on Joplin Ave, between 97th Place and 97th Street.

Santa would love to meet you, read a Christmas favorite and of course learn what you want for Christmas.

Santa’s helpers will be serving Hot Chocolate, sweet snacks, and helping with a little wintery craft. There will be music to entertain you and a fire to help keep you warm. So bring your folding chair and take a seat by the fire!

The wagon ride route will begin on Joplin Ave at 97th Street heading east, turn onto Maplewood Ave, turn around in the cul de sac of 99th Street and straight back again.

Last but not least we are collecting dried and canned goods for The Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma!

Please volunteer for a 30 minute interval so everyone has fun!
